These terms govern your use of this website and any workflow audit, automation build, or AI call-answering system provided by IronClad Automations ("we", "us", "IronClad"). By requesting an audit, joining our waitlist, or engaging us for a build, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
IronClad designs and builds custom automation systems for trades businesses, including AI call answering and booking, AI data agents, and CRM workflow integration. The specific scope of work for a paying client is set out separately in a proposal, statement of work, or agreement between us, which these terms supplement.
2. No guaranteed results
Figures shown on this site, in proposals, or in conversation — such as response times or issue-resolution rates — are estimates or figures observed in testing, not guarantees. Actual results depend on your business, your call volume, your existing tools, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific increase in booked jobs, revenue, or any other business outcome.
3. Free audits and waitlist
A free workflow audit is an initial consultation and does not obligate either party to proceed with paid work. Joining the IronClad Engine waitlist reserves your interest in early access; it is not a purchase and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or a launch date.
4. Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us (business details, contact information, pricing, scheduling rules) that our systems rely on.
- If you use our AI call-answering service, you're responsible for complying with call-recording and disclosure laws that apply to your business and the regions you operate in.
- You're responsible for maintaining access to your own accounts, calendars, and CRM systems that our automations connect to.
5. Third-party services
Our systems may rely on third-party platforms (for example, telephony providers, AI voice services, CRMs, or calendar tools). We aren't responsible for outages, changes, or errors originating from those third-party services, though we'll work with you to address issues where we can.
6. Payment
Custom automation builds are quoted and agreed separately in a proposal or service agreement before work begins. Our self-serve Never Miss a Lead product is billed monthly: $29/month for the Starter plan (up to 100 alerts) and $59/month for the Growth plan (up to 500 alerts). Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IronClad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including lost revenue or missed calls, whether or not caused by a system we built or supported.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
